JKBOSE Announces Schedule for Class 11th & 12th Exam Forms for Annual-Regular 2025
Srinagar, Aug 2025 (ProKashmiri.in): The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued a detailed notification for online submission of examination forms and renewal registration returns for Class 11 and 12 students of Kashmir Division and district Kargil, UT of Ladakh. The schedule applies to the Annual-Regular 2025 October–November session.
According to the notification, students who are currently on rolls in recognised institutions affiliated with JKBOSE are eligible to submit their forms online through the board’s official website www.jkbose.nic.in. The order also extends to students provisionally admitted in Class 11 or 12 this academic session who had reappeared or failed in the March 2025 Annual-Regular exam and are now appearing in the Annual Private/Bi-annual 2025 exam but whose results are awaited.
The online submission window for Class 11 and 12 candidates with five compulsory subjects will open on 11 September 2025 and remain active till 25 September 2025 with normal fees. The prescribed fee is Rs 1,435 plus Rs 230 renewal registration fee (total Rs 1,665 per candidate, excluding any external practical fee). For candidates with additional subjects, the total will be Rs 1,920.
For those missing the normal deadline, JKBOSE has allowed two late-fee stages. In the first seven-day window (26 September to 2 October 2025), the fee will be Rs 2,475 for five subjects and Rs 2,730 for additional subjects. In the second seven-day window (3 October to 9 October 2025), the fee will be Rs 3,750 for five subjects and Rs 4,005 for additional subjects. An extra Rs 100 per practical subject will be charged wherever external practical exams are conducted.
Heads of institutions have been asked to guide students through the online process and verify all details before submission to prevent errors. JKBOSE says this schedule will help streamline exam preparation and ensure that all eligible students are registered in time for the October–November session.
