JKBOSE Declares Class 12th Result, Check Here
Srinagar, Jan 14: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially declared the Class 12th result today, bringing an end to the long wait of students across Jammu and Kashmir.
The result was released this afternoon, a few hours after the Board announced the Class 10th results earlier in the day. JKBOSE had decided to declare both major results on the same day to avoid unnecessary delays and reduce stress among students.
Earlier in the morning, the Class 10th result was declared around 10:30 am, while the Class 12th result followed later in the afternoon. The Board had already completed the evaluation and verification process and only awaited formal approval before making the results public.
This year, 94,783 students appeared in the Class 10th examination. Out of these, 68,804 students were from Kashmir, 25,224 from the winter zones of Jammu, while 660 students from Kargil and 95 from Leh were also enrolled.
For Class 12th, a total of 70,117 students were registered. Among them, 56,423 students belonged to the Kashmir division, while 13,694 students were from the winter zone areas of Jammu.
The Class 12th examinations began on November 8, 2025, while the Class 11th exams started from November 19, 2025. More than 81,622 students appeared in the Class 11th examination, though their results will be declared separately at a later date.
JKBOSE officials said the results were released after approval from the Result Declaration Committee, which reviewed and cleared the final data before publication.
Students can check their results on the official JKBOSE website and other authorised platforms. The Board has advised students to rely only on official sources for their results and avoid unofficial links or rumours.
With the declaration of the Class 12th result, students can now move ahead with college admissions and future academic plans without further delay.
