According to the Secretary, the Class 10th result is expected to be declared in the first week of January 2026. This will be followed by the Class 12th result, which is likely to be announced around 10 days later, placing it in the third week of January. The Class 11th result is scheduled to be declared by the end of January 2026.

“We are hopeful to declare the result of Class 10th by the first week of January, followed by Class 12th after about ten days. The result of Class 11th will be declared by the end of January,” the JKBOSE Secretary said.

Explaining the timeline, the Secretary said that Class 12th examinations concluded on December 9, while Class 11th exams ended on December 13. Class 10th exams had already concluded in the last week of November, allowing early processing of results.

He added that additional time is required for the collection and verification of practical and vocational subject awards, especially where external examiners are involved. Despite these logistical requirements, he assured that the Board is on schedule and that the process is being personally monitored to ensure timely declaration.

This year, the Annual Regular 2025 examination cycle witnessed large student participation across the Union Territory. A total of 94,783 students appeared in Class 10th, including candidates from Kashmir Division, Jammu Winter Zone, and Ladakh regions. Around 81,622 students registered for Class 11th, while 70,117 students appeared for the Class 12th examinations.

It is pertinent to mention that JKBOSE had earlier granted a 15 percent syllabus relaxation for all three classes, considering academic disruptions during the session.

With the Board now officially confirming the schedule, students have been advised to remain patient and regularly check the official JKBOSE website for result notifications and updates.
